The FP&A Sr. Financial Analyst ("Sr. Analyst") will be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis Team and a key asset in the future growth of the company.
This individual will be a leader in the FP&A Department and will be spear-heading the Company's financial forecast, annual budgeting process, 5 year business plan, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.
The "Sr. Analyst" will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons and other projects requested by senior management.
This person must have a strong understanding of how to provide meaningful and actionable information utilizing several different types of data.
Information needs to be accurate and detailed in order to facilitate effective decision-making; integrate financial and operational plans, and link high-level strategic plans with the operational plans and capabilities.
The "Sr. Analyst" will be comfortable with cross-functional communication and sensitive to satisfying the needs of the team's internal and external customers.
This position is a member of a high profile team that is sought out to assist the Operations Teams in achieving excellence.
Bachelor's Degree required; CPA, MBA and Automotive or Aerospace experience is a plus.
Must have over four years of experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial statement preparation and analysis.
Strong analytical capabilities including advanced knowledge of Excel developing complex formulas (ex: arrays, match index, vlookup, sumifs, sumproduct, pivot tables, named ranges, powerpivot, etc.)
Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Suites (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and Microsoft Outlook) and a working knowledge of ERP, Hyperion and OneStream.
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills along with the ability to communicate results both verbally and in writing.
Able to manage multiple projects at a time.
