Sr. Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you can use your experience and skills of cost/fund accounting, GAAP, reporting and other abilities to ensure that these people get the services they deserve. Description

• Work with county contracts preparing cost settlements per requirements

• Manage/analyze federal, state, and local contracts ensuring proper records keeping and fiscal provisions met

• Compile, review and present reports, audits, settlements and other reports to CFO and Controller

• Maintain and review statistical records ensuring cost reporting is accurate

• Analyze and assess program revenue, expenditures, conformance, and fees ensuring accuracy and funding adherence

• Monthly GL review and analysis of A/R, fund accounts, closing procedures, financial statements, reports and other accounts and information as needed Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related required

• 2-4 years of hands-on accounting /financial experience and heavy reporting

• Strong knowledge of internal controls and GAAP -Non-profit/fund accounting highly desired

• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required

• Strong communication/presentation skills and highly organized
