About the role:

Partner with the Structures SVP, Sales, and Operations leaders as a key member of the team driving business results.Provide financial statement analysis training for business leaders and plant managers.Develop, maintain, and analyze financial management reports, including key performance indicators for all levels of the organization including senior leaders.Perform detailed analysis of segment, product line, and business unit performance, including pipeline, sales, orders, backlog, costing, pricing, and profitability.Assist Sales Leadership with the development and administration of the sales planning process, including Incentive Compensation Plans.Proactively analyze and communicate performance related to profitability, productivity, costing, and pricing.Perform plant profitability analysis, focusing on sales mix, material, labor, delivery, and Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) costs.Travel to plants as needed to review plant processes, with a focus on inventory management.Oversee month-end close activities, including monitoring sales and purchasing cutoffs, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and inventory.Use data analytics to analyze large data sets and provide insights to assist management with decision-making.Develop and maintain pricing tools to support business strategy.Perform ad hoc analysis and assist with special projects as required.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinancePreferred: CPA or CMA Certification5+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience in a multi-site organization, preferably in manufacturing or construction.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.Ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets for reporting and decision-making.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and oral & written communication skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.Ability to travel up to 20%.
