Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:
Analyzing and overseeing the company's AR processes.
Monitoring outstanding invoices, collections, and cash receipts.
Identifying any issues related to receivables and ensuring timely resolution.
Communicating with executive-level stakeholders regarding AR matters.
Accounts Payable (AP) Oversight:
Collaborating with the AP team to manage vendor payments.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payables.
Monitoring payment terms and optimizing cash flow.
Working Capital Reporting:
Preparing detailed working capital reports.
Analyzing liquidity, inventory turnover, and other working capital metrics.
Providing insights to improve working capital efficiency.
Treasury Functions:
Managing cash flow, liquidity, and short-term investments.
Evaluating investment opportunities and risk exposure.
Collaborating with banks and financial institutions.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Analyzing financial statements and reports.
Comparing anticipated results with actual performance.
Identifying areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.
Long-Term Financial/Cash Flow Planning:
Coordinating with the Director of Financial Services, CFO and executive team.
Participating in budgeting processes for departments and projects.
Setting company-wide financial policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role.
Hands-on expertise with financial and statistical software (e.g., MS Excel).
Familiarity with finance databases and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP preferred).
Up-to-date knowledge of accounting laws and regulations.
Multi-lingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus, not required.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present financial data effectively.
Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (relevant certifications such as CFA/CPA are a plus).

Salary range for this position is $90k-$120k as well as an annual bonus plan
