Partners make more possible. In FY19 we engaged partners in the majority of our field led commercial opportunities, with partners delivering large portions Azure consumed revenue and O365 Core Workload usage. Our IP Co-Sell program, introduced last year is generating real contracted partner revenue, increasing deal size and closing deals faster. This new cloud economy is fundamentally changing the value exchange and relationship we have with our partners.
The ISV and IP Co-Sell Finance Manager is the Finance partner to the ISV and IP Co-Sell Leads for Microsoft. The successful candidate will develop deep subject matter expertise on our ISV partner ecosystems and the competitive partner landscape to deliver actionable insights to the business. Over the past two fiscal years, we have grown usage. The IP co-sell sales motion drives customer cloud adoption and customer success. You will develop deep subject matter expertise on IP Co-Sell to help drive the right conversation and evolve the future program to accelerate consumption. You will need world-class collaboration skills with business partners, Worldwide Commercial Business, GSMO and the BGs to analyze and drive the ISV business and IP Co-Sell.
5 + years in finance with demonstrated career progression
Advanced excel skills
Working knowledge of Power BI or other analytical tools
Functional knowledge of databases
Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced environment

You are the finance expert for Microsoft on IP Co-Sell and ISV performance
Partner with OCP senior leaders to set the ISV partner strategy
Influence the design of ISV incentive Programs to accelerate growth and differentiate Azure from competitors
Build a framework and analysis on how to tell the IP Co-sell program story
Provide insights on ISV performance for Managed and Recruit partners
Work with Data Scientist team to build analysis around IP Co-Sell that provide insights for fiscal year planning
Analyze Cloud/consumption and develop actionable insights
Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit and Operations to continue to improve deal validation process to reduce risk for the company
