The Business Development (BD) and Content/Partnerships Finance organization is responsible for leading BD and Content financial deal modeling and support during negotiations, perform post-mortem analysis on our content investment portfolio as well as drive strategic analyzes to drive higher ROI for our investments.

In this role, you will be leading a team of one to three analysts supporting these objectives and providing visibility into Twitch's financial performance and supporting our Content Spend Forecasting. You will develop a deep understanding of our business to create recommendations that will impact our company trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of one to three analysts driving financial deal modeling and financial support to the Business Development and Content/Partnership organization

  • Drive complex deal financial models including a mix of advertising, commerce products (e.g. subscriptions, bits, extensions, etc.) and new products revenue, as well as optimize deal structuring

  • Manage Quarterly and ad hoc forecasting/planning cycles for the Business Development and Content/Partnership teams

  • Deliver clear analyses to senior management and translate those findings into strategic recommendations

  • Collaborate with various teams to gather all business inputs on new products and other initiatives pertaining to our business development activities

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and explaining the causes of unexpected variances

  • Research the industry for competitive intelligence to improve our deal/industry modeling capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or other quantitative major highly preferred (MBA a plus)

  • At least 6 years of experience but typically more in finance/accounting, banking, consulting or equivalent (position will be commensurate with experience/skills)

  • Ability to lead a team and develop high performing analysts

  • Advanced Excel modeling skills

  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management

  • Ability to move quickly through vast amounts of data and make relevant management decisions

  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects without compromising work quality

The Digital Marketing Content Specialist will work with the owners of key digital marketing channels (email, search, social, display, web) and make recommendations on custom segments. Responsibilities Include: The main duties of this individual will be to support various projects within the Digital Marketing team.
