Worldwide Commercial Finance is hiring for the Senior Director of Finance for One Commercial Partner (OCP). This role primarily supports the WW Partner Team, which includes Channel, ISV, SI, Channel Incentives, Go-To-Market, field engagement, direct partner management, and the Microsoft Partner Network.
Successful candidates will model the Microsoft leadership behaviors of creating clarity, generating energy, and delivering success. They will understand how Microsoft works with partners to best serve our customers across the various partner types and customer solution areas and the return-on-investment associated with our incentives, rebates, and partner programs. They will also be curious, collaborative, highly accountable, and passionate about technology and Microsoft's role as part of a broader partner eco-system.
Experience working across complex organizations and influencing senior business partners is critical as is understanding how to measure partner-influenced revenue and the various levers to accelerate Microsoft's cloud growth.

The finance lead will manage a team of 15 split into two main teams:
The Channel Incentives team which is responsible for strategy and management pf the channel incentives budget and custom partner deals
The Business Support/Insight & Analysis team which is responsible for partner analytics, modeling partner profitability, management, analysis and planning for IP co-sell, deal registration, and field engagement.
