Responsibilities:
Field Sales Consultants partner with sales leadership and sales teams to strategically deal shape renewals, new sales offers, and technology migrations in order to assemble a holistic view of customers business and opportunity. Ensures total end-to-end solution/bundle pricing is developed for clients. Develops account specific materials to assist sales executives in closing sales. Conducts analyses to determine the best solution/bundle to include in customer proposal to maximize revenue. Recommends appropriate product mixes to enhance revenues. Advises sales teams regarding best possible product mix and target rates. Creates custom pricing packages and reviews with ICB Pricing leaders. Recommends alternative pricing packages for clients. Ensures opportunities reflect appropriate pricing strategies. Requires extensive knowledge of billing and other inventory systems to capture accurate data sets. May provide in depth functional requirements for future enhancements to products/tools/systems. The Field Sales Consultant may assist sales teams with reducing shortfall issues/disputes by managing the pre-contracting process. Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree. The ultimate candidate will have at least ten years of related experience, ideally supporting executive level stakeholders in a highly-interactive, cross-functional team culture. As a skilled multi-tasker, the candidate will have excellent project management skills that enable him/her to manage changing needs and priorities. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and intuition to prioritize immediate needs. Ideal candidates have exemplary communication, organizational and time management skills and ability to demonstrate poise under pressure with proven capacity to excel in a high-performance, growing, and fast-paced environment. A love of skincare, beauty, consumer products and international experiences is a plus, as this candidate will be supporting the global expansion and innovation departments. Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manage executive's calendar by prioritizing, planning, scheduling and organizing both onsite and off-site meetings according to importance of topics and agendas. Ensure schedule conflicts are proactively addressed * Communicate regularly throughout the day on schedule changes, keeping executive well informed * Manage all administrative aspects, including edit and proofreading documents, presentations, handling inquiries, filing, and preparing and submitting supervisor's expenses and expense reporting, invoice coding and approval process * Utilize discretion when handling confidential information and prioritizing of engagements and/or communications * Greet and assist visiting guests and outside consultants; prepare and organize agendas and ensure visitors are appropriately hosted * Prepare, proof and/or edit PowerPoint presentations * Organize expenses and submit monthly reports * Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements for the CGSO including booking flights, arranging ground transportation, and hotel accommodations, and any other travel logistics, as needed, ensuring the CGSO has a complete and accurate itinerary for all events * Perform other related duties and provide administrative and project support for the Field Development team. * Provide ad-hoc back up support to internal R+F administrative staff and cross-functional teams, as needed * Plan and organize onsite and offsite events, including team building events * Primary Point of Contact, including working closely with HR and IT to support new hire onboarding and off-boarding for supervisor's direct reports Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant directly supporting senior, c-level executive stakeholders * Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment * Highly detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent activities and assignments * Strong business acumen and proactive in every way with a positive "can-do" attitude, and ability to anticipate needs and flexibility with last minute changes * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and business acumen, both written and verbal * High degree of flexibility and ability to trouble shoot and prioritize demanding assignments * Ability to interact and communicate effectively, tactfully and respectfully with others at all levels in all possible situations * Ability to handle confidential and other sensitive information with utmost discretion * Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and practical knowledge of Internet navigation and research; adept at learning new software programs as required (i.e. Concur, etc.) * Experience with streamlining administrative processes * Exercises excellent judgement, even under pressure.
