WHAT WE'LL NEED

We are seeking a Sr. Field Marketing Manager who is in touch with Gen Z`ers across Canada and Latin American Markets. You will work closely with Brand Partners to help shape their marketing initiatives relative to market maturity; ensuring we are cultivating brand hype and growth as a premium fast casual lifestyle brand.

You will have a global mindset and must be a collaborative and energetic relationship builder with a strategic mindset but a passion for detail and execution. You will play a critical role with new markets; unlocking Wingstop's next chapter of growth on our journey to becoming a Top 10 Global Restaurant Brand.

This individual will be a creative thinker with a proactive hands-on approach to their work. Tech savvy and digitally aware. Culturally competent with excellent communication skills, the Senior Marketing Manager thrives in a fast paced, high growth environment.

  • Be the first point of daily contact for Brand Partners, supporting them with unlocking brand strategy and executing locally relevant marketing initiatives to build brand hype and drive SSSG across all channels.

  • Partner markets to drive brand awareness and affinity and grow SSSG relative to their targets, ensuring cultural context and alignment to our brand strategy.

  • Have your finger on the pulse with Gen Zers across markets, staying close to trends, threats, and opportunities. Challenging the status quo with an entrepreneurial approach and a bias for action.

  • Support strategy and lead execution of integrated, consumer driven, holistic marketing plans that deliver on key performance objectives.

  • Act as Brand Custodian. Collaborating with the Marketing Director, Americas regional team and Global CMO function in our global support centre to ensure brand protection, alignment and consistency.

  • Solve consumer problems in a profitable way- whether its menu innovation, product renovation, pricing, or messaging optimization- you have the passion for keeping the consumer front and centre.

  • Support partners across event management, PR and ESG strategies, including on the ground leadership where necessary. This role is high energy, fast paced and hands on.

  • Support Brand Partners with building out their marketing functions, dialling in to agency management, contracts budgets, creative, digital, and social media guidance where needed.

  • Work with Brand Partners on new restaurant openings to develop a location-specific marketing budget and plan to help build awareness and drive traffic to new restaurants within the first six months, thus meeting or exceeding projected weekly sales.

  • Collaborate with Operations and DSPS to optimize delivery and enhance the consumer journey.

  • Own and share market intel including; consumer behaviour, local market conditions, competitor updates, sales, and promotion trend.

  • Work with Brand Partners, Tech and Digital Marketing functions to optimize ecommerce and CRM

  • Ensure hugely impactful and successful New Market Openings within the region and across the international business. Collective success is fundamental to Wingstop's growth plans.

  • Work with consumer insights partners and external agencies to develop compelling insights to form comprehensive marketing plans, product positioning and media support.

  • Analyze program performance and business data to identify best practices and learnings, and then translate findings into actionable plans.

  • Leverage your PR & Content creator experience, to help partners with social media strategy and grow their consumer reach across their channels.

  • Liaise closely with the Marketers and cross functional stakeholders around the global Wingstop estate to leverage best practice and build a global mindset.

  • Other duties as required.

WHAT YOU`LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, International Business, or related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, International Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years field marketing experience.

  • Strong project management and vendor management skills, with the ability to lead cross functional teams seamlessly.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures and geographies.

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, PowerPoint, and word)

  • Advanced ability to create & execute marketing and business plans tailored to numerous international territories.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% internationally.
