Sr. Facilitator: The Sr. Facilitator will join a committed and collaborative team of learning professionals passionate about the Lennar Associate experience. As a member of the learning team, you will support in the design, development and delivery of training programs focused on growing and empowering our Associates here at Lennar. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years responsible experience serving in residential sales, account management and or sales leadership role.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Exceptional active listening, organizational, and coaching skills.

  • Strength in situational awareness and emotional intelligence.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong experience and ability to facilitate in-person training.

  • The ability to travel with in the United States.

  • Must have technical systems knowledge (Microsoft, etc.).   • Facilitate career enriching in-person and virtual instructor-led learning experiences including workshops, serving as the primary or backup facilitator for various courses as well as support targeted special assignments for specific audiences.

  • Focus on delivering new pilot programs and upskilling the facilitator that will deliver the ongoing program.

  • Conduct all facilitator prep work, including the timely distribution of materials; communicate with learners to ensure they know dates, times, locations, and pre-work expectations; arrange room and prep any documentation/handouts.

  • Remain current on relevant policies and procedures and other internal documentation in the Learning Center and Learning Management System (this includes attending key meetings and periodically checking in with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the Company).

  • Enthusiastically collaborate and brainstorm with fellow Learning and Development (L&D) team members to increaseteam knowledge of training products and tools, as well as grow peer relationships and effectively work together as a whole.Utilize a variety of facilitation techniques, methodologies and tools to enhance learning outcomes and drive behavioral change.

  • Serve as a mentor and resource for other facilitators providing guidance and support in their development journey.

  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to support their professional growth and development.

  • Monitor and evaluate learning sessions to ensure they meet established standards and objectives.

  • Collaborate with learning specialists and instructional designers to update and revise content focused on enhancing learning materials and delivery methods.

  • Create an exceptional and welcoming environment for Associates within the learning center and virtually.

  • Gather feedback from Associates to continuously improve the learning experienceconsidering factors including departmental goals, scores and other measurable achievements.

  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of learning delivery methods and post learning performance by attending Associates and work with the learning team to make necessary improvements.

  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with Associates at all levels of the organization.
