What you'll be working on

You'll be designing a service platform to enable enterprise and SMB customers and empower individual creatives and marketers by:

  • Mapping in-depth customer journeys, visualizing concepts, building scalable IA, creating systematic workflows around tech constraints, designing intuitive interactions, and prototyping.

  • Crafting pixel-perfect mockups by following the visual guideline and being creative for the best UX, delivering detailed spec and assets to engineer teams in an agile manner, verifying implementation quality, and tracking success metrics.

  • Communicating directly with product and engineering teams through the whole design process, articulating design decisions to different levels of audiences in the org, and facilitating cross-function collaborations. We pair with other designers inside and outside of the team on complex challenges.
