Overview: Responsible for providing administrative support to GM for Global Manufacturing and executive sales leadership. Keen analytical skills, attention to detail, and unquestionable judgment and integrity are an absolute must. This position requires an individual capable of anticipating needs, problem-solving, and collaborating with a diverse and energetic group of SaaS Sales Professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing schedules and conflicting appointments for the GM for Global Manufacturing and others in the Manufacturing Sales Organization, as needed

  • Planning and coordinating frequent domestic and international travel and accommodations, and accurately preparing and submitting expense reports

  • Assisting with onboarding of new hires

  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external meetings

  • Preparing and proof-reading Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the Sales Organization

  • Planning and coordinating department meetings and events

  • Managing the needs of the Manufacturing Sales Organization, including payment and expense reporting and budget management and reporting

  • Purchase orders for all North America (work with legal, procurement, etc.) SOAR training is available, but each PO can be different (ex. charitable contributions take 4 extra steps vs carry over activities)

  • Salesforce reporting

  • Industry events + BY events 2 ICON/SKO/NRF - executive briefing documents

  • Onboarding activities for NA Mfg. Field Sales.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive workstyle

  • Strong scheduling / coordination skills and comfort with last-minute changes

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

  • Proactive and able to take initiative

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional level of professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion of highly sensitive information

  • Experience in a fast paced SaaS sales environment is highly preferred!

The Salary range for this position is $ $77,217.00 to $100,384.61

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
