TITLE: Senior ERP Analyst, Faculty Data

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES: Provide project management duties to perform in all phases of the project management cycle.

Must understand project constraints, risk management and project communications tactics. Facilitate cross-functional team documenting requirements for enterprise-wide systems modification or development. Create documentation by collecting functional needs and specifications from enterprise-wide user community.

Ensure that requirements documentation is easily translated into user acceptance training and functional test plans. Create process flow diagrams to assist technical development resources. Communicate project specifications to the USF user community for review.

Lead functional and technical resources to consensus on scope and specifications for project. Assist IT staff with creation of agile stories/epics by coordinating with functional users to define and document additional requirements identified during development and testing. Create Business Scope Estimate (BSE) from request by documenting high-level requirements and desired project outcomes.

BSE is provided to Information Technology (IT) liaison for review and estimation. Facilitate communication between functional user and IT staff to refine BSE and improve accuracy of estimate. Support prioritization process by providing background and documentation to the USF executive governance body.

Review user requests submitted by the USF community. Assist user with applying baseline functionality when appropriate. Assist user with documenting and reengineering business process.

Recommend new development or system modification when reengineering is insufficient and baseline functionality is inadequate. Perform all work with confidential and sensitive student information in strict observance of federal, state and University guidelines. Identify and report data security and integrity violations to appropriate authorities.

Monitor administration, legislative, and technological changes to ensure USF complies with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Introduce new delivered functionality to the USF community. Serve on committees and workgroups as required. Perform other functional business duties as required to support assigned enterprise systems, and special functional projects.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Operations Analysis, or related.

Six (6) years in any occupation in which Business Analysis, Statistical Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, or related are required.

Six (6) years in any occupation in which Business Analysis, Statistical Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, or related are required must include: C#, Python, R, and Business Intelligence; Structured Query Language (SQL); Agile/Scrum methodologies; and API work.

ALTERNATE EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Information Technology, Operations Analysis, or related and Four (4) years in any occupation in which Business Analysis, Statistical Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, or related.
