Overview

The Sr. Equity Administrator will manage the end-to-end administration of our equity plan. This role will also be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs including benchmarking and analysis. The Sr. Equity Administrator will collaborate with global HR Business Partners in each of the business segments to provide support for functional organizations that span across all business segments. Along with equity administration, this role will provide support in various areas of compensation, benefits and human resources with invoices, analysis, and system management.

What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day administration of the company's equity program (i.e. equity grants, equity releases, stock option exercises, etc.)

  • Maintain data in Equity Edge Online / Morgan Stanley at Work

  • Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries regarding the company equity program

  • Oversee and maintain the list of designated insiders, and send communications as needed

  • Ensure compliance with US and international tax laws regarding equity incentive and compensation.

  • Run monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for the Accounting, Tax, Human Resources, and Legal department

  • Address auditor inquiries

  • Provide analytics around grants, value, vesting, and equity data as needed

  • Provide direct support to and partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Legal, and HR teams

  • Develop and deliver equity trainings for PSUs, and RSUs for teammates

  • Perform compensation testing

  • Ad-hoc projects, as time allows

  • Administer qualified medical support orders (QMSO) system

  • Vendor Management

  • Subject matter expert on POs, ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner

  • Oversee the budget for the Total Rewards Team (AOP)

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of relevant accounting and equity administration experience

  • Solid understanding of equity administration

  • Experience with various types of equity compensation (stock options, RSUs, PSUs)

  • Strong knowledge of Equity Edge Online / Morgan Stanley at Work

  • CEP level 1 designation a plus

  • Previous experience with benefits and compensation a plus

  • Previous experience with vendor management and process improvement preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to analyze data to drive actionable and sound decision-making

  • Growth mindset, collaborative style of working and ability to work well in a matrix environment

Salary or Pay Range: $90,000-$105,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
