Requirements

Technical knowledge and familiarity with the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the Farmland Protection Policy Act (FPPA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA, including standards for conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments), Executive Order 11990 (Protection of Wetlands), Executive Order 11988 (Floodplain Management), the principles of Environmental Justice, and other environmental statutes and executive orders pertaining to resource protection.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The position will be preparing environmental reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education and experience: Bachelor's Degree required

• Minimum of 5 years Environmental Compliance experience, including 1 year completing environmental reviews.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: Up to $93,000

• Bonus Program.

• Flexible working hours are available, outside of scheduled field events, allowing for a half day off every Friday.

Salary Description

$68,000 to $93,000
