Job Description
The Sr Implementation Engineer (IE) supports regional SMB Business sales teams with respect to voice and data products. As part of the sales team, the IE provides technical sales support and consulting to assure customer integration and implementation of established T- Mobile products and services. The IE is focused on pre-sales, implementation and post sales activities with Sales Teams. Typical pre-sales activities include gaining an understanding of the customer's business and analyzing the customer's Communication/Data requirements. The IE provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, as well as providing answers to customer's technical inquiries. The IE is responsible for architecting business solutions utilizing the T-Mobile network that meet customer needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Implementation Support:
Provide post-sale implementation support to sales teams.
Implement the technical components of TFB business solutions for customers through appropriate internal ordering systems.
Acts as a SME for current and future implementation processes.
Coordinates, organizes and distributes work across Specialists.
Coordinates white-glove technical on-boarding sessions with customers.
Assists or facilitates solving customer technical issues.
Customer & Sales Support
Maintains close partnership with Sales and solution engineers
Develops close working relationship with customer point of contact
Assists with Sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Provides technical training to Customers.
Individual Development
Develops and maintains technical acumen to support implementation of TfB business solutions.
Develops and maintain business acumen consistent with the role.
Cross Functional:
Identifies and reports product, system and process issues as needed.
Participates in multi-functional development efforts with Sales, Eng, Ops, Care and IT.
Addresses systems issues and process gaps to improve order to cash timeline.
Identifies and coordinates multi-functional resources to appropriately implement TFB services for customers as needed.
Participates in Product Testing including Friendly User Testing and Device Certification.
Leadership:
Mentoring of Specialist SEs
Ensures Specialist IEs are properly trained on products they support.
Education:

Complete at least TWO industry-related certification. (Preferred)
