Volt is immediately hiring an Sr. Electronics Design Engineer in West Union, SC.

As an Sr. Electronics Design Engineer you will:

This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.

• Conduct failure analysis of complex electronic circuitry

• Design power supplies for AC to DC conversion.

• Design analog signal processing and digital interface circuitry with an emphasis on high accuracy and reliability in a harsh operating environment.

• Op amp circuit design, filter design, communications, digital sampling theory, and digital circuit design utilizing microcontrollers and digital signal processors

• Line frequency magnetic design experience and EMI/RFI conformance engineering is a plus

• The ideal candidate will possess the skills to use software tools for simulation throughout the development process

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum five years product development experience.

• Must have a fundamental understanding of digital and analog circuit design and theories.

• Familiarity with advanced modeling, simulation and analysis tools.

• Excellent verbal and technical writing skills.

Pay Rate: $110,000 - $120,000 per year.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
