SENIOR e-LEARNING INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER TRAINER

Develop and deliver materials across multi-media platforms for new and tenured clinicians and support staff. Design, create, implement, deliver and support effective and interactive e-learning and other training materials using existing and emerging digital technology applications.
Provide leadership, technical project coordination, consultative services to key stakeholders and subject matter experts. Ensure positive training outcomes. Manage learning programs and course content in the learning management system (LMS). Provide functional and technical expertise to end users of company learning management system and other relevant e-learning software. This role may also include instructor lead-training opportunities as needed.
Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of six (6) years instructional design, classroom instruction, or information technology services experience that includes:
Minimum of three (3) years coordinating projects involving varied stakeholders
Minimum of four (4) years developing Web-based training curriculum for a diverse audience
Minimum of three (3) years administering and developing learning program content in an LMS Required Credentials: - Epic Certification required (Epic certification is required within 6 months of employment, including 2 test retakes). Preferred:
Master's Degree in Education, instructional design, information technology or healthcare administration
Teaching experience with blended learning formats, preferably in a healthcare environment
At least five (5) years work experience with Epic Hyperspace applications.
