You will be a member of a small (1-6 person) multi-disciplinary team and responsible for architecting/implementing/testing FPGA-based signal processing solutions for a variety of advanced wireless communications products.
Will be involved in all phases of projects, from requirements analysis and system architecture, through coding (VHDL or Verilog), test bench design, verification, synthesis, and FPGA placement & routing.
Will have regular interaction with customers.
Will work closely with hardware and software developers with a hands-on role in product integration and debugging.
Must be a flexible, results-oriented problem-solver who requires minimal supervision.

Opportunity to be involved in additional hardware engineering tasks including design, component selection, schematic entry, FPGA/CPLD design, and validation of the entire product depending on skills and interests.
For digital design tasks, candidate will design and debug digital hardware circuits using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
Experience with EDA tools such as: Cadence Incisive, Modelsim, Xilinx Vivado, Altera Quartus, Matlab/Simulink, Git.
Capable of working at both the simulation level (in Matlab/Simulink, or equivalent) as well as the implementation/verification level.
Schematic capture experience using Cadence Allegro is a plus.
Literacy with real-time embedded software, especially debugging, is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal / written communications skills.
