The Senior Consumer Experience Architect will be responsible for defining the future state consumer experience architecture, inclusive of applications, integrations, data, technologies and security aspects which come together across our Enterprise to deliver an exceptional experience for consumers. This role requires in-depth expertise in the dynamic world of technologies and their applicability to rapidly changing consumer expectations and will report directly to the Chief Architect. The role requires understanding the complexities of how diverse business functions together and the interdependencies of their processes, data and technologies in the healthcare ecosystem. This role is one for a change agent, as we embark on our journey to transform what healthcare means to our members and evolve the ecosystem to keep our first and foremost in all we do to drive outcomes in healthcare. This role will work closely Executives across the Enterprise to facilitate our transformation and bring the guidelines and guardrails to deliver.
Primary purpose of this position is to evaluate innovation feasibilities in the Consumer Experience space and define the technical possibilities of execution
Should be able to drive and lead research and technologies in the Consumer Experience space.
Should be conversant with Design Thinking and be an active participant in defining Consumer Experience journeys connecting stakeholders, partners and customers
Understands Consumer Engagement technologies and platforms working closely with the VPs of Consumer Experience, Digital Strategy, Innovation, Health and Medical Management and Member and Provider Servicing to integrate and prioritize Consumer Experience requirements into Product roadmaps and technical blueprints
Should be able to perform Package Evaluation exercise to identify most suitable COTS product against the business needs
Self-Management and lead others including team of senior and junior creative resources
Assist with efforts that drive immediate value and keep an eye for long-term success
Adapts to Enterprise plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenge
Align Minimum Viable Product approach, fail fast fail cheap, design thinker, conduct brainstorm sessions, iterative approach to the Enterprise Target Architecture informing strategic decisions both inside IT and with our business partners
Proactively Engage Business units and Product leaders, self starter attitude, collaborative, adapting, transformational
Requires in-depth understanding of product concepts, Digital first, Mobile first thinking, focused on simplifying the consumer experience, helping drive new innovative experiences leveraging data and insights.
