The Senior Consumer Experience Architect will be responsible for defining the future state consumer experience architecture, inclusive of applications, integrations, data, technologies and security aspects which come together across our Enterprise to deliver an exceptional experience for consumers. This role requires in-depth expertise in the dynamic world of technologies and their applicability to rapidly changing consumer expectations and will report directly to the Chief Architect. The role requires understanding the complexities of how diverse business functions together and the interdependencies of their processes, data and technologies in the healthcare ecosystem. This role is one for a change agent, as we embark on our journey to transform what healthcare means to our members and evolve the ecosystem to keep our first and foremost in all we do to drive outcomes in healthcare. This role will work closely Executives across the Enterprise to facilitate our transformation and bring the guidelines and guardrails to deliver.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Primary purpose of this position is to evaluate innovation feasibilities in the Consumer Experience space and define the technical possibilities of execution

  • Should be able to drive and lead research and technologies in the Consumer Experience space.

  • Should be conversant with Design Thinking and be an active participant in defining Consumer Experience journeys connecting stakeholders, partners and customers

  • Understands Consumer Engagement technologies and platforms working closely with the VPs of Consumer Experience, Digital Strategy, Innovation, Health and Medical Management and Member and Provider Servicing to integrate and prioritize Consumer Experience requirements into Product roadmaps and technical blueprints

  • Should be able to perform Package Evaluation exercise to identify most suitable COTS product against the business needs

  • Self-Management and lead others including team of senior and junior creative resources

  • Assist with efforts that drive immediate value and keep an eye for long-term success

  • Adapts to Enterprise plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenge

  • Align Minimum Viable Product approach, fail fast fail cheap, design thinker, conduct brainstorm sessions, iterative approach to the Enterprise Target Architecture informing strategic decisions both inside IT and with our business partners

  • Proactively Engage Business units and Product leaders, self starter attitude, collaborative, adapting, transformational

  • Requires in-depth understanding of product concepts, Digital first, Mobile first thinking, focused on simplifying the consumer experience, helping drive new innovative experiences leveraging data and insights.

(Foot Locker, Foot Action, Champs, LFL, KFL, Six:02, Eastbay). Key Accountabilities * Drive the creation of the US market's Classics and tech style footwear range framework (all genders) for Foot Locker Inc. * Own delivery of key holistic footwear / apparel seasonal looks including sell-in readiness of key account product positions and or concepts to sales team * Monitor market place conditions and recommend appropriate actions (i.e. pricing, segmentation, strategic buys, seasonal replenishment, franchise management, launch timings, aged inventory management) for all categories, all genders * Sales force interface * Drive and implement all key milestone meetings (Previews + US wholesale sales merchandising meeting (including room set-up / merchandising) + delivery of product presentations at quarterly pre-line / sell-in meetings) * Assist with strategic channel plans that offer clear paths to success within Foot Locker Inc. * Work closely with sales directors on product franchise strategy and channel management * Create regular insights on current state of business at Foot Locker Inc. and across channels / future trends (tracking size of channel, implementation of Brand on-line marketplace priorities) * Use data points (sell-thru, account feedback, etc.) to provide insights that shape the BU's approach to the business * Prioritize concepts / range across all banners. Ensure key stakeholders are aligned and clear on seasonal priorities * Ensure that sales reps have the right tools to be effective at sell-in (range plan, product calendar, fashion strategy, over and above digital tool-box needs (off-cycle SMU's, late add's, carryover's etc…) Role would have a direct tie into the DTC team (understanding all activities in DTC channel as well as the greater on-line marketplace) Knowledge Skills and Abilities: * Passion for sports and fitness + sneaker culture * Experience working across a wide range of business partnerships managing multiple projects * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team * Broad Merchandise experience, with a distinct track record of success and high-level Merchandising and retail space management knowledge * Strong presentation / communications skills * Cross functional leadership * Advanced user of MS Office suite of products * Experience in both market and above market organization preferred Qualifications * University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing. * Athletic industry experience preferred.
