Computershare is looking for someone who is detail oriented to join our growing team as a Sr. Document Control Administrator.

The Sr Document Control Admin supports the management team by becoming a subject matter expert on complex Alternative Investment Subscription Processing Offer Set Up. It also supports the team as a dedicated specialist on Offering Document review and comprehension. This is a high-profile position that partners with many other departments within the organization and assists in the analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and recommending system or process enhancements. A role you will love

As a Sr. Document Control Administrator, you'll be responsible for the interpretation of S11's, Prospectus, Broker Selling Agreements, etc. to create internal intake forms to drive the successful set up of the Offer within Computershare's processing system (SCRIP) and other Alternative Investment products offered by Computershare. Not all documents will be the same, so you'll need to be adaptable, have strong reading comprehension skills, and the ability to become comfortable reading and interpreting legal documents.

Some of your other key responsibilities will include:

  • Review and interpretation of S11 Offer documents, broker agreements, and other related documents to create a client intake form providing the required data elements of the offering as it relates to Offer Maximums/Minimums, State Registrations, Broker Commissions, etc.

  • Successfully complete the Offer Set Up and Approval within SCRIP

  • Ongoing maintenance of broker agreements changes, State registrations, etc.

  • Research and resolve any issues or concerns arising from the intake form.

  • Special Projects and other assignments as directed by management.

You'll need to be an organized contributor who can take charge and lead meetings when needed.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent reading comprehension

  • Ability to read, interprets legal documents, and comprehends complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

  • Intermediate level knowledge/use of Microsoft Excel required.

  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated.

Compensation. $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
