Drive and coordinate D&I programs and initiatives aligned with the Corporate B&D strategy.
Provide subject matter expertise and consulting to drive education and promote awareness around belonging and diversity
Consult with senior leadership teams to support local implementation and delivery of diversity initiatives.
Be a skilled facilitator and able to navigate conversations with a senior audience.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development, and other HR and business functions to ensure D&I thinking is embedded into key programs and processes.
Amplify diversity & inclusion initiatives to deliver targeted business results.
Draw upon internal and external D&I data and insights to implement targeted initiatives that support the business strategy.
Effectively implement practices to measure results and progress
10+ years experience leading diversity initiatives
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trusting relationships
Proven influencing, change management, and collaboration skills
Ability effectively lead and facilitate discussions to create and implement functional diversity strategies
Knowledge of key HR practices and processes
Proven ability to work with all levels of management as a tactical and strategic partner, coach and advisor
Organizational development or organizational effectiveness skills preferred
