Sr. District Sales Manager

Locations: Chicago, IL

The Sr. District Sales Manager is responsible for seeking and maintaining relationships with NICE inContact Sales Partners and identifying sales opportunities and building market share in their regions. This position is required to increase revenue streams in small business, commercial, government, and contact centers.

As a Sr. District Sales Manager, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:

  • Meets and exceeds assigned sales quota.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers and sales partners.

  • Assist and support Sales partners in sales effort by participating in sales calls and closing efforts.

  • Maintain product knowledge by attending weekly trainings.

  • Attends tradeshows.

  • Travels as needed to maximize growth and revenue, while adhering to all inContact travel policies and requirements.

  • If remote from inContact headquarters, maintains appropriate home office within inContact allowances.

  • Makes in person sales calls

  • Interacts with all levels of organization. Makes presentations as necessary to same.

  • Build trust and rapport with current and potential customers.

  • Regularly closes deals and builds future pipeline within or exceeding goals.

  • Completes all inContact paperwork timely - expense reports, sales call logs, etc.

  • Regularly keeps direct supervisor apprised of issues and potential sales.

  • Responsible for meeting monthly sales goals and quotas in order to maintain NICE inContact's monthly revenue goals and forecasts

  • Responsible for accurate representation of all product lines to Sales Partners and customers

  • Travel required 50%.

To Land this Gig You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Marketing, Communications or similar field or equivalent work experience required.

  • 15 + years sales experience

  • Previous experience selling multimillion-dollar software deals

  • Previous experience in telecom, call center, software or hardware industries

  • Highly professional demeanor - presence, voice

  • Demonstrated high level competency in written and verbal communications

  • Demonstrated success working with little to no direct daily supervision in a home office setting

Bonus Experience:

  • Sales Engineering experience

  • Telecomm sales experience

  • SaaS experience

We expect our Outside District Managers to: * Develop and cultivate new dealer prospects in their assigned region(s). * Promote and sell our online advertising solutions / programs across our automotive network of over 100 properties. * Initiate and manage dealer relationships that produce high volume vehicle sales. * Create customized advertising solutions / programs for our dealer partners based on their individual and / or regional needs. * Work with our experienced and award-winning marketing division (including our growing number of automotive forums and websites) to promote a suite of dealer programs and division-wide initiatives. * Provide outstanding dealer customer service and regular account maintenance. Our Outside Sales Representatives will demonstrate: * Excellent customer relations that include strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), and an ability to organize and present compelling sales presentations to one or more individuals. * Aptitude to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. * Two (2) years minimum experience in sales–success with outside sales a plus. * A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish established sales and marketing goals. * Dependable, honest, and detail-oriented behaviors. * A professional appearance and enthusiastic attitude. * Strong industry knowledge and local dealership familiarity are desired. * Work with operations to track and optimize account performance. * A valid driver's license, insurance, and renewal is required.
