Sr. Director, Product Management Portfolio Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Director of Product Management Portfolio Strategy to join our team supporting Workforce Now.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As the Sr. Director of Product Management Portfolio Strategy, you will utilize your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and execute successful product portfolio strategies. You will also leverage your excellent communication and leadership abilities to align with different stakeholders.

Additionally, your experience in identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape will be critical in driving product innovation and growth. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies will be essential in driving revenue growth. Finally, your experience in providing regular updates to executive leadership on product portfolio performance and key initiatives will be crucial in shaping the future of our company.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful product portfolio strategies

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree in related field

• Experience in the HR Tech industry

• Experience working with B2B SaaS products
