We are looking for an experienced marketer to develop defining breakthrough, strategic approaches to the pre-sale product experience supporting the complete product portfolio. With a market-problem orientation and focus on the complete buyer's journey, the successful candidate will drive the development of breakthrough, innovative strategies showcasing ADP's products and solutions.
Pre-Sale Product Experience Strategy: Partnering with senior leaders throughout Sales, Product, and Marketing, define and own the over-arching, cross-portfolio pre-sale product experience strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Optimize the Buyer Journey: Drive development of highly-efficient demo tools, datasets, and best practice scenarios tailored to address the complete buyer journey for varying buying personas in multiple markets.
New Product Launch: Analyze pre-sale product experience requirements for introduction of new products and functionality into the marketplace, and updating team focus, tools, and strategies accordingly.
Organizational Transformation: Re-focus and transform consolidated organization, associated deliverables, and operational processes.
Leadership: Lead a high-performing, efficient pre-sale product experience team; Find and grow top talent enabling successful execution against organizational goals.
10-12 years relevant experience.
Experience leading buyers/sellers through the buyer journey in a B2B sales organization.
Experience working with sales organization stakeholders, including leadership, quota carriers, sales operations, and business consultants.
Experience managing a team in a matrixed organization.
Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Works effectively with others, both internally and externally to achieve goals.
