Job Title: Sr. Director, Powertrain Systems
Job Description
The Sr. Director, Powertrain Systems plays a pivotal role in leading the Engineering of the entire Powertrain Systems. This encompasses all phases of product development (PD) from subsystems to component design and release, ensuring we meet or exceed all program goals, constraints, and assumptions. You will also lead and be responsible for all Powertrain System hardware and software design, development, full vehicle integration, and production. This includes the ICE system for range extenders such as Engines, induction, exhaust, drivelines, Fuel Systems, etc. You will lead the requirement cascading from the Vehicle level to the powertrain subsystems (eDrive, HV Battery, and IC Engine plus Generator) to components. You will also lead all Powertrain System hardware quality tools and methods from the vehicle level to the component level, including DFMEA, and DVP&R while supporting PFMEA and PVP&R's.
