The Senior HR Director will play a pivotal role in managing complex employee relations issues, developing, and implementing performance management processes, and leading the HR team to ensure that HR initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to address HR challenges, drive HR operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am -5pm)
Pay: $120,000 - $140,000/yr. Based on Experience
Must be willing and able to travel to different ACERTUS office/hub locations from time to time.
What will you be doing?
Lead the employee relations function, ensuring effective resolution of issues and fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations
Develop and implement effective performance management processes and tools that support accountability and a high-performance culture, align with company values, and drive business success.
Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing feedback.
Lead a team of HR professionals in support of people and company initiatives, ensuring the team's activities align with the overall business strategy and HR vision.
Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Analyze and report on HR metrics to guide decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in HR policies and practices to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support the company's growth and evolution.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years as an HR Director or less than 1 year as Sr. Director
5-7 years general HR before promotion to Director - would like to see continuous growth through the HR function (HR admin / coordinator > HR Generalist > HR Business Partner / HR Manager > HR Director)
Must have experience managing complex employee relations issues.
Must have experience designing and delivering performance evaluation frameworks.
Experience designing / administering employee recognition programs preferred.
M&A experience preferred.
