We are looking for an operations leader to facilitate and enable consistent and reliable delivery of real estate & facilities solutions across the real estate function. Primary responsibilities include, to redefine and manage the governance of all operational support, as well as set organizational strategy for all the real estate functions. Ensures manager accountability and leads professionals managing all aspects of operations, such as process management, M&A, technology tools and data governance, contracts/sourcing, business controls, communication, and audit support.
Oversees operational performance at the functional level working closely with functional leaders to ensure quality, excellence in execution, and ensuring scope and scale of services are aligned with corporate and functional objectives. Thought leader working across functions and geographies to guide management decisions, implement strategies, and solution challenges.
Responsible for managing and/or coordinating all operational activities across the real estate function, driving clarity and consistency, process adherence and modification, prioritization and streamlining to facilitate ease of execution ensuring operational effectiveness across the real estate function. Direct oversight of the following areas:
QA/QC; responsible for customer satisfaction surveys and quality
Employee Engagement; focus on wellbeing of employees across functions
PMO Governance; working with all functional groups to align resource activity
Contract & Vendor Management ; coordination with sourcing/procurement
Communications & Brand; coordination. With corp. communications & IT on all support
Business Controls; ensuring proper controls and governance
Audit Compliance; SPOC for all IA activity and coordination across function
Technology Tools and Data Integrity; IWMS tools and all data oversight
Mergers & Acquisitions; SPOC, ensuring consistent coordination and tracking
Policy & Process Enablement; developing, redefining, and executing
Key Responsibilities:
Provides and develops strategy and direction and manages all real estate technology solutions, system tools, data and function reporting (consistency, mechanisms and platforms), with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. Working with internal IWMS systems and external partner systems.
Develop, implement, and manage organizational policies, goals, performance standards, and processes. Managing process systems and tools, defining process & policy, metrics, optimizing landscape and driving utilization and innovation. Working on highly complex issues where analysis of situation requires an in-depth understanding of organizational objectives.
Manage all business controls to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Work with audit teams before, during, and after all functional audits to ensure all risks are mitigated. Develop QA/QC principles, processes, and measurements.
Lead all merger & acquisition activity for the department as single point of contact for all due diligence and monitor all functional involvement for appropriate execution. Applies strategic goals and objectives to obtain results.
Manage, track, and analyze supplier relationships and comprehensive KPIs, as well as internal metrics and benchmarking. Analyze external business environment to anticipate trends and influence strategy.
Collaborate with leadership and manage organizational talent issues, employee opinion surveys (ESO) actions, recruitment activities, development & upskilling activities.
Manage all communications (internal and external) to real estate and facilities brand, including setting the policies and protocols for execution communication and change communication, templates for messaging (site), intranet and internal social media presence as well as executive, organizational, town hall, offsite, and site messaging and presentations.
Manage all real estate Oversee internal and external communications and Real Estate & Facilities brand.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Critical Skills/Business Experience
13 Years' professional experience in business operations or real estate
6 years of diversified leadership, planning, people and organizational motivation skills
Requires detailed and functional operational expertise
Provides professional and technical thought leadership in real estate operations
Comfortable and knowledgeable in business administration and finance principles & modeling
Proficiency in real estate technology (IWMS), software to support function and responsibilities
Experienced in data governance, analytics, and reporting
Proven leadership; building relationships, collaborating, influencing
Convincingly influential with presentation, and communication skills
Effective analytical, problem-solving and articulation abilities
Strong organization and time management skills in a remote working environment
Strong business solution skills
Pragmatic, driven to solve and overcome challenges
Preferred, Nice to Have, Specialized Knowledge/Skills -
Education:
Bachelors Degree (ideally in business administration) required
Masters Preferred
Working Conditions:
In this hybrid role, you'll be assigned to a McKesson hub location but predominantly work from home.
Travel 30% - 40%

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$157,100 - $261,900
