Do you want to be part of something amazing? The Product Team is looking for a Senior Director of Product.

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead the way in developing and maintaining StandOut, a cloud-based application designed to drive team leader effectiveness. You will lead the team responsible for existing and new functionality that effectively support the core of our product. The Senior Director of Product will own the vision and execution of the functionality that supports the rituals of the best team leaders. We're looking for an experienced product leader who is a self-directed creative thinker, and driven to contribute to TMBC's reputation, growth and long-term success. You are knowledgeable on Agile methodologies and best practices.

We are headquartered in Beverly Hills, and the Senior Director of Product role must work onsite due to the highly collaborative and iterative nature of the work.

Do the following activities make you feel STRONG?

  • Developing and executing on a product strategy that anticipates the needs of users, clients, and the market and is aligned with business goals and priorities, proactively helping achieve our company vision

  • Making data-driven decisions about the product -- and strategically delivering decisions and implications to internal stakeholders and clients

  • Providing daily strategic guidance, management, and leadership to a team of dynamo Product Owners, ensuring that all scrum teams are working effectively and in a way that drives the overall product vision forward

  • Leading a team of designers to ensure the user experience is world class

  • Collaborating closely with Engineering to ensure that all technical standards are met in the development of the product and that security, scalability, and data architecture are always top of mind

  • Collaborating with marketing, sales and service on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved

  • Teaching stakeholders to 'fall in love with the problem" to make the best product decisions that truly meet the needs of the business, vs. managing intake of feature requests

  • Being a "ruthless prioritizer" - organizing input/feedback from a range of stakeholders, including clients and users, and translating into product features

  • Partnering with other product leaders within ADP to make strategic decisions regarding product integration, and driving that work forward

  • Has ability to translate business objectives and unmet customer needs into a clear product vision with rigorous requirements, then support the execution of that vision

  • Self-starter, able to drive work forward within an agile environment

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working directly with clients and collaborating across internal teams to deliver complex projects

  • Strong bias for action with a demonstrated track record of owning and delivery products successfully

  • Dedicated leader of product people with a passion for building intuitive, user-centered products

o Ability to understand technical concepts / software applications and to use data, metrics, and user research findings to back up assumptions and drive actions

o Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a tendency to challenge the status quo

o Relentless focus on delivering product enhancements that will drive real, measurable impact to our users

o Excellent team management skills and prior product leadership experience

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS required in applicable field with 8+ years' experience in Product Management of a market-facing software or enterprise solution

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, working on scrum team(s)

  • Familiarity with product localization and proven experience scaling functionality to new markets

  • Experience leading product teams and collaborating with leaders of Engineering, QA, and Technical Infrastructure functions

  • Ideal candidate has experience in talent management or HCM domain

  • Ideal candidate has experience supporting a growing organization and product

Global marketing experience preferred. * Demonstrated experience overseeing end-to-end product launch process. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to retailers. * Strategic thinker who also maintains strong attention to detail and delivers with excellence. * Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
