Own production and operational support for HR systems.
Implement processes and metrics to ensure that the team is efficient, focused and effective.
Develop, prioritize, and set strategy for all enterprise systems initiatives.
Guarantee the proper security administration, configuration and system processes are in place and appropriately maintained.
Build and lead a high performing team.
Create appropriate service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities for operational excellence and process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies in our technologies.
Manage the day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple ongoing projects.
Research and monitor industry trends and new developments in technology.
Lead strategy for HR technology upgrades and enhancements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, implementation, testing, and training.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field strongly preferred
Five years of demonstrated leadership experience within a dynamic environment
Experience with ADP, Oracle and other related HR Technology Systems
