The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Distribution Sales to join our dynamic Air Solutions team. This is a remote role.

In this capacity, you will lead the Distribution Sales and Support teams responsible for growing LG's Residential Air Conditioning market share with our wholesale distribution partners. Additionally, you will:• Manage and oversee the distribution sales and support channels, duties include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with partners, recruiting, and developing sales teams, creating experience improvement processes, and evaluating costs to determine product pricing• Create and implement sales growth strategies and programs that leverage incentive and regulatory opportunities surrounding electrification • Establish and foster C-suite relationships with channel partners• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including functional experts/subject matter experts, energy, operational, engineering, technical, financial, and legal support, when necessary, on all aspects of strategy, planning, developing, executing, and growing LG's business• Develop a strong strategic grasp of the market to provide an actionable competitor intelligence to the factory teams on a regular basis• Partner with Applied leadership to develop account specific hybrid VRF distribution opportunities• Provide new and creative ideas to grow contractor preference for LG products which will in turn lead to increased market share and sales results• Actively seek and quantify new and existing GTM strategies, focusing on partner engagement, while examining new potential • Represent LG at industry events building on our brand reputation to deepen existing relationships while building new ones

Job Requirements:• Bachelor's degree is required, MBA desirable• Thought leader and analytical thinker• Travel 50% of the time, or as needed• Ten years of sales Leadership in wholesale distribution and management of large teams, with a proven record of providing sales and share growth. • Significant expertise in Commercial Air Conditioning industry with preferred experience in DFS/VRF space• Strong relationship builder• Outstanding communications skills• Strong capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point), Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment.• Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L.

Base Salary 188,000- 225,000

In addition to the above, we believe that pay transparency is a key part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary ranges take into account many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skillset, experience, licensure, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs.

We consider geographic pay differentials in final offers. Because we operate in many geographies and have many business units across the United States, where applicable, may not reflect the specific business or geography differential that will apply to the final offer.
