Senior Director Data Center & Enterprise Systems
This role will provide senior leadership across both traditional areas of infrastructure including compute, storage, networking and IaaS ensuring continuous and seamless delivery and automation of infrastructure services.

Responsible for the design, build, implementation, monitoring, and management of the Alorica enterprise Cloud Infrastructure and Data Centers that provide the foundation for the applications running on them.
Leadership of a team responsible for the Administration, and maintenance of Windows, AIX, and Linux operating systems as well as SAN (Storage Area Network) systems and various enterprise technologies including but not limited to Active Directory, Exchange, Skype, SCCM, VMware, Citrix and O365
Drive the consolidation of the current 12 Data Centers to 6 Regional Co-Lo's
Responsible for operational management with a balanced approach to quality, risk, and cost, while driving efficiency and effectiveness of the cloud platform.
Work with application developers to drive technical innovation and efficiency in cloud operations through automation tools and self-repair utilities.

Leadership to a Team of Managers, Engineers and System Administrators planning, deploying and maintaining systems and services that meet the growth and availability goals of the organization.
Oversee development of Alorica's Enterprise Cloud infrastructure and Data Centers ensuring the organization provides state-of-the art, robust and reliable systems and technologies that best meet evolving needs of the business worldwide
Act as primary liaison to Executive IT leadership, providing key updates on organizational and technology planning, issue escalation, and project developments. Facilitate cross-IT team and third-party vendor collaboration as needed to enable more efficient service delivery
Serve as escalation point for team resources on critical issues, higher impact troubles, and project needs, engaging IT leadership as needed and/or warranted to resolve issues
Define organizational annual capital and operational budget, and manage available budgets, acting as primary organizational interface with Alorica finance as needed. Forecast organizational growth needs, including budget, technology, and resource requirements
Act as the strategic business interface between the Data Center and Enterprise Systems teams and all Alorica departments dependent on team services, to ensure key business requirements are understood and appropriately prioritized, and that project stakeholders are properly apprised of developments/milestones
Key Job Responsibilities:
Engage in strategic planning to ensure Alorica's business requirements are fulfilled
o Internal- Executives, Sr. Management, Operations & Engineering staff
o External- Clients, Vendors
Significant focus on multiple high-level projects for one or more disciplines.

Leads strategic development & sets architectural direction
Represents Alorica and contributes to industry standards bodies
Is highly recognized in the industry as a subject matter expert
Manages technology vendors.
Participates in vendor user focus groups
Assess vendor development/test strategies.
Monitors overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and resolve appropriately.
Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures, resolution, outage mitigations, testing and implementation of vendor fixes or design changes.
Performs capacity analysis and planning.
Provide data protection and disaster recovery
Stays abreast of industry technology changes and identify how they impact the business; software, hardware and system products and technologies to provide recommendations and support purchasing efforts.
Works closely with team leaders to establish and improve processes and procedures.
Over sees assignments and monitors the workflow of the teams
Defines and implements strategies for integrating disparate operating environments.
Partners with end users, business units, and external client technical teams to meet the needs of all users.
Partners with client program managers to ensure timely delivery.
Works closely with the business partners to identify/quantify business issues associated with specific projects, develop/implement business strategy, and assist in setting strategic tech direction in support of customer facing organizations.
Acts as liaison to corporate-driven projects by addressing communication issues, concerns, questions, understanding changing requirements, changing technology, and implementing best practices.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.

High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in relevant work experience (Required)
Certifications: ITIL (Preferred)
Years of related experience 7 10 yrs
Other: Seven or more years of previous experience in a technical position required. Expert knowledge of at least three of the following technologies: O365, AWS, Azure, Citrix XenApp, DNS, DHCP, VMware
