Sr Director Customer Program is responsible for leading the management team on all post sales activities including: hiring, determining workloads, delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performances and initiating corrective action.
Sr. Director Customer Program will set challenging business goals that reflect strategic priorities that align with all of Goodman's objectives as well as drive innovation and collaboration across the organization to leverage current projects and generate new opportunities.
Direct and monitor activities of managers to ensure projects are on-schedule and within budget
Participate in meetings as they relate to strategic planning for Goodman
Provide senior level mentoring and resolution of complex divisional issues that focus on Goodman's short term and long term strategic initiatives
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, results and operational excellence
Identify and correct issues that hinder the function and success of the Project Managers
Identify best practices, processes, tools and systems for delivery model and implement plans to achieve our goals and objectives
Collaborate with managers and the training group on training initiatives for the Project Managers, Program Managers, Technicians, and Engineers to develop and implement action plans and measure accordingly
Assist in the template development for RFP responses, scope of works, and project plans
Develop and maintain internal and external positive customer relationships that achieve optimal profitability and growth for
Reinforces regional approach internally
Travel to customer sites when needed to support strategic sales initiatives
Travel to regions as needed to meet with staff, partners and evaluate resources
Work with your managers to achieve goals for contract and overall gross margins and revenue
Work across the company to identify and resolve operational, technical and budgetary issues
Review deliverables and sub-plans when needed, including technical specifications, marketing initiatives and engineering designs Facilitate inter/intra-company teamwork
Assign tasks as they relate to strategic initiatives and completion dates to team members as appropriate, maintaining workload schedules and projections
Review and approve business expenses
Provides direction to Sr Managers in various areas

Recommended Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction, Telecommunications, or Project Management preferred
Master's Degree preferred
Preferred Certifications: PMI PMP certification preferred
Typically 15 years of experience
At least 7 years management responsibility
Recommended Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project software
Technical knowledge of wireless technology
Project Management experience involving wireless technology
Proven ability to drive team engagements in a time pressed environment
Demonstrated ability to project manage multiple, complex parallel projects
Ability to understand the financial impact of decisions on the profitability of the project
Ability to read and interpret electrical and architectural drawings
Knowledge of construction and safety requirements
Driven hands-on leader who can work both strategically and operationally and ensure alignment through effective communication

The position requires frequent standing, walking, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling and reaching. There is also occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50lbs.
