JOB TITLE: Sr. Digital Site Optimization Analyst
REPORTS TO: Director, Ecommerce
LOCATION: Bellevue, WA
Summary of the role. The Senior Digital Site Optimization Analyst will contribute to Pokemoncenter.com's growth by providing site analysis, optimization testing, reporting and supporting front-end enhancements. The role will be instrumental in supporting the ongoing front and back-end enhancements to the commerce platform and CMS. This role will provide deep insights into the customer experience to optimize content to meet the customer needs. A successful Analyst will develop effective cross-functional relationships and a thought-leader for digital analytics and customer success.
What You Will Do
Track and analyze campaign, website, mobile and sales behavior and recommend solutions to identified anomalies and trends
Manage ongoing site optimization by conducting A/B and Multi-Variant Testing
Manage analytics vendor, including website tagging and funnel optimization to drive conversion
Support user adoption of analytics to enable data-driven decision-making to improve the customer experience end-to-end
Provide actionable recommendations to influence business plans affecting new and existing site features
What You Will Bring
Experience in developing sound analytics-based solutions to business problems
Expertise in web-based analytics tracking and reporting (Google 360, Adobe Omniture, Coremetrics)
Experience in website design with a focus on funnel optimization leveraging digital analytics and A/B testing
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex quantitative subject matter to non-technical audiences both orally and in writing
Able to work cross-functionally and collaborate on delivering effective large-scale marketing initiatives that supports the brand and delivers best-in-class experience to customers
Able to roll up sleeves and dive deep when needed
