Sr. Digital Producer

HYBRID SCHEDULE (IN OFFICE 3x PER WEEK)

Role:

Deutsch LA is seeking a highly knowledgeable and inventive Senior Producer, with a digital focus, who knows how to make the seemingly impossible happen. Candidate must be passionate about the space from Web to social to mobile applications to AI innovations. This person must also be creative, solutions-driven and organized to ensure high quality work is delivered on time in an extremely fast-paced and creative environment. Work experience at a recognized agency, technology company, or on the client-side is a must.

As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership of any number of digital media initiatives, which will include large-scale digital advertising campaigns, social and mobile application development, product management, complex website development, and website redesigns and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for ensuring that the creative team employs the most innovative production methods and that projects are completed on time and on budget

• Is a genuine and high-impact team leader, capable of motivating, directing, and inspiring cross-functional project teams

• Is driven to create and lead best-in-industry digital experiences and content while mentoring and directing teams of producers

• Understands the limitations and capabilities of common digital tools such as HTML, RUBY ON RAILS, CSS, .NET, PHP, and APIs, such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Microsoft (coding experience a plus)

• Is highly competent with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet and Jira

• Must be fluent in social media and mobile trends and capabilities

• Must be proficient with server setups and still and animated asset production

• Has Agile project leadership experience

• Must be able to build and cultivate relationships across departments as well as with our clients

• Must be a skilled problem solver with the ability to take an idea and make it better

• Should have extensive knowledge of and amicable relationships with leading-edge development partners

• Must have paid media trafficking experience with the understanding of tagging and tracking

Requirements:

• Extremely organized project leader

• Prior experience in a creative or agency environment

• Creative minded, technology obsessed

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale integrated and digital projects (budgets ranging from $200,000 to $1,000,000) on national accounts

• Industry award recognized

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Bachelor's degree

Salary range depends on experience: 110-120K
