Pay Range: $55.31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with workflows within the Client platform

• Build and maintain automated tests for testing of platform functionality via Client ATF framework based on provided manual test scripts.

• Works with the team to provide estimated level of effort.

• Takes ownership of high level / complex business requirements and works them to completion.

• Ensure all work adheres to the processes, policies and best practices for development and the platform for Client and Client.

• Maintain updated knowledge of product capabilities to ensure we are best utilizing the platform with minimal customization.

• Participate in daily standups to report status, delays, and risks to scrum master / team leads / management.

• Work with members of the team, vendors, and other teams in support of application performance tuning and troubleshooting.

• Ensure the system maintains compliance with Client's policies and procedures, including SOX, PCI, and data retention processes.

• Practices safety conscious behaviors in all processes and procedures.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

• 2-4 years of experience with the Client Platform, certification preferred

• Experience with building and maintaining ATF test within the Client Platform

• Proven written and verbal communication skills

• Proven customer service skills with a focus on urgency and accuracy

• Ability to follow documented procedures accurately

• Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speaks and writes clearly and understandably at the right level.
