The Sr. Desktop Support Technician performs installation, modification, repair, testing and/or servicing on systems and communications equipment, including, but not limited to: hardware and peripherals; software configuration; voice, video and data conferencing devices. Incumbent will provide service to internal Insight teammates providing the highest level of client satisfaction.

You should be able to perform the following base activities:

  • Support teammates in person and remotely

  • Provide White Glove support to Exec team

  • Install, Configure and Troubleshoot end user PC Software and Hardware issues

  • Track fixed assets and inventory

  • Educate and set up new teammates hardware/software

  • Lead and train a team of technical personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Above average communication and documentation skills Strong experience with PC hardware

  • Strong experience with Windows 10

  • Abilities to research and provide solutions to complex technical issues

  • Strong experience supporting a variety software, (Adobe, SAP, Microsoft Office 365, to name a few)

  • Experience Supporting Symantec Endpoint Protection and Encryption software

  • Experience utilizing standard ticket handling applications

  • Strong Customer Services Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of and ability to work in a large corporate environment and protocol required

  • Understanding of the computer imaging process

  • Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills. Able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion. We run various internal projects as collateral duties that do require this skill set.

The Senior Research Support Specialist (Sr. RSS) will perform a wide variety of administrative support duties. He/she will manage clinical research projects. Duties include collecting and analyzing data and ensuring their accuracy and integrity, in strict adherence to study protocols. He/she will also work to resolve queries related to the trials. The Sr. RSS will participate in specialty clinic and coordinate with clinic staff and providers to evaluate patients who might be candidates for research studies. He/she will report to and regularly update research manager and principal investigator the progress/status of studies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * The Sr. Research Support Specialist will perform a wide variety of administrative support duties. This position will participate in specialty clinic, coordinating with clinic staff and physicians to evaluate patients that might be consider for research studies. Collects, analyzes and performs quality assurance of study data. Monitors overall clinical study to insure that quality control measures are in compliance with protocol. Actively participates in research study meetings to discuss progress/status of study. Ensures consistent interpretation and adherence to protocols at all stages of trials by ream members. Recommends changes in protocols to improve quality of data gathering or overall study. Assists in the ordering, dispensing and maintenance of supplies and medication for the research study. * Evaluates potential research participants with Principal Investigator (PI); schedules screening evaluations; explains consent process; performs required screening evaluations; randomizes participants into appropriate research study. Coordinates and schedules study visit and follow-ups. Oversees or performs requited procedures for each visit (if this position is filled by a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent then administration of study medications will be performed). Records data on each study participant for each visit according to research protocol, maintaining complete study progress notes and case report from for each visit. Reports any Adverse Event according to protocol. Communicates questions, problems, changes to the Senior Clinical Research Associate and/or Principal Investigator. Prepares and submits protocol applications, amendments, annual review, adverse event reports and study sponsor communication to Institutional Review Board (IRB) as required. * Data entry for clinical trials, proofing for data entry errors, and preparing patient/participant documents for study visits, which includes development of source documents as needed. Assist with monitoring visits and attend Investigator Meetings as requested by the Assistant Director. Develop materials to communicate projects/trials to potential clients and their families and assist with the promotional materials supplied by the sponsors.
