Sr Data/Process Analyst

Finance of America Holdings LLC, is seeking Senior Data/Process Analyst in Plano TX. Telecommuting permitted.

Summary of Duties:

• Perform complex analysis and integrity checks in an evolving data environment related to Originations and Servicing for reverse, traditional, and commercial mortgages and home improvement lending.

• Use transactional data to calculate balance change day-to-day and reconcile any differences to servicer-stated balances.

• Fully automate a controlled discrepancies process.

• Gather and analyze data and arrange for delivery to business requestors using SQL and SSRS/Tableau/MicroStrategy.

• Collaborate with the business to ensure business-critical needs are fully met in a timely manner.

• Enable data delivery to key business functions including originations, accounting, finance, servicing, portfolio management, investor reporting, etc.

• Develop in a SOX-controlled environment by working with IT on promotion through the various environments.

• Support development and maintenance of SSIS ETL jobs and related documentation.

• Load data from multiple file formats into relational database tables.

• Automate scripts based on specific timing or upon file drop.

• Collaborate with IT teams on developing additional tools, applications, and processes.

• Prepare and deliver reporting as accurately and timely as possible and will be involved in special projects as needed.

• Create controls to ensure all reporting is delivered as accurately and completely as possible.

Qualifications:

• Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Data/Process Analyst, Programmer-Analyst, Software Developer, or related occupation in the technology, statistics, or data analytics field

• Position also requires five (5) years of experience in: information and Data Gathering, Research, and Summarization; Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables; SQL servers, including pulling complex data sets, build views, and stored procedures; and Reporting tools, including SSRS, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.

• Position also requires three (3) years of experience in: Investor Reporting, including securitization documentation and purchase agreements; Securitization Reporting, Loan Roll Forward Reporting, Custodial Reporting, Valuation Reporting, and Portfolio Reporting across Mortgage, Reverse, and Commercial products; and Amortization of forward and reverse loans with different interest accrual methods.
