ETL Developer Location: Hybrid- Blue Bell, PA or Hartford, CT. Position Overview Client is seeking an experienced Data Engineer/ETL Developer for its Data Mart applications within the Client's Data Services and Operations team.

In this role, the candidate will build, test, and deploy new solutions, enhance functionalities, analyze, and solve problems and interface with key stakeholders in technology and business. Will be part of a cross-functional, agile team that works together to achieve organization goals while providing superior service and value to the customers. Successful candidates will have:

Technical proficiency in data integration and ETL. Strong background in Data Warehousing concepts. The smarts and passion for dealing with large and complex data.

Key Responsibilities Builds, maintains, and supports efficient, reusable, and secure data pipelines to collect, transform and integrate data into structure that facilitate reporting and analytics. Analyzes data, understands complex systems, and solves challenging data and integration problems. Drives and contributes to data model and database designs.

Provides operational support and resolves data and process issues promptly to ensure service level expectations are met. Promotes engineering excellence by simplifying, optimizing, and automating processes and workflows. This includes building automated testing, checkouts, monitoring and alerting.

Identifies risks, issues, and opportunities for improvements proactively. Implements solutions to get the desired outcomes. Innovates by leveraging and practicing agile techniques to achieve efficiency, boost productivity and improve processes.

Required Technical Qualifications 5 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines using IBM Infosphere Datastage. 5 years of working experience in SQL, with moderate to advanced skill levels writing complex and efficient SQL queries. 5 years of experience with one or more relational databases like DB2, Oracle or SQL Server. Experience with Hadoop or Cloud Databases would be a plus. 5 years of experience working in Unix/Linux platform. Cloud experience would be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and implementing enterprise ETL pipelines and workflows using python or other programming languages. Experience developing ETL solutions using Ab-Initio. Experience working in Google Cloud Platform and building solutions using GCP services.

Knowledge of latest CI/CD, observability and system monitoring tools and techniques. Healthcare domain experience. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related discipline
