Job Description:

The Data Architecture will provide overall direction, guidance, definition and facilitation for the development of current and future architecture required to meet Safelite needs, goals, and strategic direction. Responsibilities include the development of strategies aligning IT to Safelite, advocacy and support of current IT strategies, identification and analysis of Safelite's drivers to derive useful context,and analysis of the current IT ecosystem to detect critical deficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement. Solutions Data Architects are responsible for improving business performance or cost optimization through enterprise information solutions, such as master data management, metadata management, business intelligence, content management, data interoperability, analytics, data integration and related information infrastructure components.

Essential Responsibilites:

  • Researches, designs, and develops solutions to highly complex and technical issues. Sets information & data architecture standards and methodologies.

  • Develop & design data architecture, workflows, data flows, and databases, provide guidance to BI Analysts, Solution Architects.

  • Design, build, test, and maintain cloud-based data structures such as data marts, data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.

  • Builds prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.

  • Provides technical consultation to ensure successful completion of complex assignments.

  • Leads design reviews that drive best practices and compliance with standards.

  • Support exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and machine learning models.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, or Computer/Engineering or other related field or equivalent experience required.

  • Eight or more years experience working in IT, with 2 years of experience with cloud computing, including infrastructure, storage, platforms and data management or 4 years of experience with traditional enterprise data-center technologies, including relational databases, storage appliances, virtual machines, and private networks.

  • *Minimum of 3 years' experience with Data Architecture concepts (such as Data Modeling, Integration, Storage, Indexing, Security, Logging, Data Quality, Master Data Management and Archiving)

  • *Minimum of 3 years' experience with Big Data NoSQL and NewSQL database (such as Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, MarkLogic, HBase, Redis, Aerospike, VoltDB)

  • Minimum of 1 years with Big data ingestion and integration tools experience Hadoop,Sqoop, Kafka, Flume, and Spark etc. on cloud/on premise.

  • Design, implementation, and maintenance of DB (Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL platforms)

  • Experience with data modeling and data modeling tools

  • Ability to guide, mentor and train other associates;

  • Ability to facilitate design sessions and communicate IT technical concepts to IT management;

  • Deep understanding of the current state of infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, SQL/NoSQL, security, networking, and cloud-based delivery models.

  • *Highly effective collaboration and communicattion skills.

  • *Demonstrated ability to research and analyze problems and recommend viable solutions.

The Chase Retail Marketing group focuses on the sales and support of deposit products and services (i.e. Checking & Savings accounts, and services like Debit Cards, Online Banking, Online Bill Payment, etc.) but also works with the Home Lending, Credit Card, and Business Banking teams to execute campaigns and understand cross-line of business strategy. Job Description: The Marketing Analytics Senior Associate is responsible for creating data files for targeted marketing campaigns and customer communications. The individual will complete projects from start to finish (translating business strategy into customer and prospect lists and conducting quality checks on output). The senior analyst will partner with retail marketing and product teams to execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels including mail, email, statements, branch, ATM, owned and paid digital media. The desired employee will have exceptional data skills, ability to learn the business, innovate by designing new processes, and understand Chase business strategy to effectively consult on the design and execution of marketing programs. Problem solving skills are critical in this endeavor. Employee would be expected to: * Pull data from internal and external data sources via SQL and SAS. * Have or develop a working knowledge of marketing campaign data and procedures. * Assess and maintain data and process integrity. * Interpret marketing strategy and translate it into data and code. * Understand nuances in the process and data while effectively relaying those to partners in a consultative manner to optimize marketing programs. * Complete projects from start to finish without supervision. In addition to top-tier data management capabilities, the desired candidate would have a highly confident, analytically passionate, and outgoing disposition. They would thrive in a high pressure and high expectation environment, where each project they are associated with would likely have millions of dollars of impact to the business. The employee would understand the cost benefit relationship between solution sophistication and practicality and strive to produce the fastest and most accurate results. They would be comfortable and capable of working with team members, clients, and senior executives.
