This person will be responsible for performing all data engineering activities including SQL optimization for enterprise systems, analytics, and deployment models. Were looking for someone self-motivated, highly-driven, and with deep problem-solving skills.

What youll be doing (duties of this position):

Performs data testing to ensure the accuracy of data transformation
Develop data analytics, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
Maintains and enforces ETL architecture design principles, techniques, standards, and best practices.
Maintains and troubleshoots SQL performance issues and recommend building of indexes and other database optimizations in the enterprise applications
Design and develop scalable ETL packages and routines for data loading, aggregate creation, and data analysis.
Understands ETL architecture, data integration, and infrastructure related risks and develops mitigation plans.
Supports and drives the technical data design architecture to ensure high data quality, data integration performance, and error recovery/handling.
Establishes and maintains comprehensive ETL architecture and data integration documentation, including flows, transformations, error recovery, etc.
Constructs statistical models, diagnose and validate the models to resolve business problems.

What youll need to be considered (requirements):

Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Computer or Data Science or Software Engineering, with a focus on statistics, applied math or similar field.
5+ yrs. of experience using Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Periscope, etc.
Advanced SQL administration and server solutions experience with advanced MS Office 365 experienced required.
Strong background and competency in data analysis, data architecture, and data modeling patterns.
Experience in a data warehouse environment and using ETL tools (Pentaho, Talend, ODI, Informatica, SSIS, PL/SQL, etc.).
Ability collaborate with business leaders and functional analysts to understand the data and analytics needs, all while remaining current with the latest data management techniques/tools and making recommendations to IT leadership.
Able to work efficiently both as a member of a team as well as individually with excellent organization, communication, and inter-personal skills.

As an Army National Guard Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in the interpretation and exploitation of information gathered from or about the enemy. Intelligence Analysts provide Guard personnel with information about enemy forces and potential battle areas, and use information derived from all intelligence disciplines to determine changes in enemy capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action. Specific duties of the Intelligence Analyst may include: preparation of all-source intelligence products; providing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Synchronization support; processing incoming reports and messages; determining the significance and reliability of incoming information; establishing and maintaining systematic, cross-reference intelligence records and files; integrating incoming information with current intelligence holdings; and the preparation and maintenance of graphics.
