Sr. Cybersecurity Project Manager Description

• Job Summary •The Cybersecurity Governance focus specializes in developing and executing security controls, defenses and countermeasures to prevent attacks or attempts to infiltrate firm email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. Administers policies to control physical/virtual access to systems.
  
  Performs tests to ensure policy compliance; responds to breaches and threats. Responsibilities •Leads the management and proactive improvements to HP security governance, policies and/or operations as it relates to issue resolution, vulnerability/threat analysis and/or prevention, and security research and querying relative to current issues and/or impending threats. •Leads and is primarily responsible for the resolution of HP security policies and governance, interfaces with internal stakeholders when necessary to define appropriate policies and governance. •Leads and is primarily responsible for the HP security governance program. •Leads others in and is primarily responsible for the development, enhancement, organization, and maintenance of HP's security policies and governance. Education & Experience Recommended •Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. •Typically has 10 years of work experience, preferably in cyber & IT security, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
