Under limited supervision responsible for creating cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. Implements technologies deployed across application, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility domains. Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and provides countermeasure recommendations. Provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Four (4) years of experience in IT information security.

As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst - Business Applications Analyst in Risk Data Engineering, you will/should:

  • Possess good experience in interacting with business partners and / or IT staff to gather and document information related to requirements and / or software testing.

  • Gathers information from multiple sources and independently sorts medium to high complexity business issues to recommend appropriate direction.

  • Leads project activities through meeting facilitation, managing project scope, and communicating progress.

  • Analyzes business processes and associates them to software deliverables.

  • Hands-on experience and knowledge with Agile & SAFe framework are required for this position.

  • Play a key leadership role in the definition, development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Agile practices (with an emphasis on Scrum) within the organization.

  • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective, and daily activities related to stand-ups and sprint burn down.

  • Support and educate Product Owners, especially regarding developing, refining, and managing product backlog.

  • Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress.

  • Provide status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery.

  • Develops and / or executes test scripts against requirements.

  • Drafts and reviews documentation in compliance with the FedEx Global Development Process.

  • Develops and / or maintains a business model that reflects current processes and business rules.

  • Provides and / or consolidate input to scoping and impact analysis for future deliverables.

  • Knowledge of Enterprise solutions to implement risk solutions across various channels.

  • Quality driven approach to maintain high application uptime and effectiveness.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships across functional teams.

  • Ability to lead change with high energy and a strong focus on the mission.

  • Ability to guide and support team members.

  • Good communication skills and teamwork

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL (Structured Query Language), Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python)

  • Experience/Knowledge on Agile project management tools like Agility.

  • Experience in building proto-types, wireframes, or mock-ups.

  • Knowledge of system analysis techniques, such as UML (Unified Modeling Language), to effectively analyze and document system requirements, use cases, and workflows.

Work Location(s)/Domicile:

Position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN and candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but allows team members flexibility to work from home otherwise.
