Job Description

Our Success Marketing team is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to create and manage outbound marketing activities and sales enablement for our Customer Outcomes organization (Professional Services and Customer Success).

As a Services Marketeer at ServiceNow you will position and evangelize our key messages by creating differentiated messaging, sales enablement collateral, content and assets, and innovative campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and utilization.

Areas of responsibility will be:

  • Be a strategic marketing advisor to Customer Outcomes leadership team. Proactively develop solid marketing strategies and highlight new opportunities.

  • Create and manage annual Customer Outcomes marketing plan

  • Develop differentiated value prop, messaging, and positioning for services offers.

  • Own and develop sales enablement content for key sales tools including: presentations, datasheets, web copy, videos, and more.

  • Develop targeted campaigns to launch new service offerings or to drive awareness and adoption of existing services

  • Work closely with line of business owners, sales, and regional leaders to communicate Customer Outcomes value proposition.

You bring:

  • 12+ years Services Marketing/Product Marketing or related experience.

  • Understanding of the SaaS software and Services business model

  • An ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits.

  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.

  • Superior written, verbal and presentation skills along with attention to detail and an eye for quality.

  • A flexible & effective influencing style.

  • The ability to establish and meet hard deadlines.

  • You take initiative and are a self starter and strong finisher with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • A BS / BA degree or equivalent work experience. MBA a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the content experience for specific lines of business (think HR, IT, etc.) and/or verticals (financial services, healthcare, telco, etc.). * Oversee conceptualization and writing for all types of content long- and short-form; including ebooks, briefs, blogs, social, infographics, and video. * Collaborate with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, creative, and project owners to augment their projects to deliver the very best results. * Strategize, conceptualize and drive new global content programs which can be disseminated readily across the organization for versioned usage to meet marketing goals. * Own persona application across the content library, ensuring the right types of materials are available throughout the lead funnel and buying stages. Contribute to improving persona descriptions and ICPs. * Help create and own editorial calendars, style guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content migration and update plans. * Willingly and humbly provide mentorship and guidance to help improve content creation across the organization. ESSENTIAL SKILLS * Demonstrated experience developing content strategies across the customer journey, from awareness to advocacy. * Versatile and agile writing and editing skills. * Strong foundation in best-in-class demand generation content approaches. * Publishing platform experience. * Excellent presentation and persuasion skills. * Growth-oriented, "winning as a team" mindset.
