Position Summary

We are a growing consulting firm in need of a reliable and talented Sr. Business Continuity Specialist. Your work as Sr. Business Continuity Specialist will make a real difference as you support our high-profile client located in Silicon Valley with various tasks, including maintaining and maturing the business continuity program. Edged between tactical and strategic, this integral role will assist with the implementation of a world-class business continuity program. Your work will directly impact our ability to improve resiliency and protect the company's people, assets and reputation.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting activities related to will play an integral part of the resiliency team, partnering with leaders throughout the organization. This is a mid-to senior level role that directly supports the Global Business Continuity Manager. This role requires a good understanding of adaptive business continuity planning strategy and business operations, especially in an information technology organization. We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible and confident individual with a commitment to integrity and the ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with minimal supervision. Essential Functions

The candidate will perform the following essential functions:

  • Work closely with the Global Business Continuity Manager to develop and implement a transformative world-class business continuity program

  • Work with team to implement program policy, guidelines, methodology, for developing cross-functional teams' business continuity plans

  • Provide input, and manage content on the Business Continuity SharePoint and Intranet sites

  • Facilitate collaboration with cross functional teams and ability to influence informally across different teams

  • Support the team to develop and participate in presentations of business continuity information to stakeholders of all levels

  • Assist in the development and conduct of business continuity training and exercises

  • Track and report teams' compliance with business continuity guidelines

  • Provide the team with professional, specialized skills, including business continuity, planning, project management, problem analysis/resolution and strategic planning.

  • Work with the team to define policies, parameters, methods, and tools for business continuity that are required across all operating businesses.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

The candidate should possess the following:

  • Strong experience driving cross-organizational projects to resolution

  • Ability to work well in cross-organizational and cross-functional teams

  • Strong Project and Process Management experience

  • Familiarity with tableau and any business continuity tools

  • Experience with Knowledge base and collaborative tools such as: Confluence and SharePoint

  • Ability to communicate effectively and adapt quickly

  • Experience working with a large global company

  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen and technical ability

Education and Experience Requirements

The candidate must possess the following education and experience requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Emergency Management/Business Continuity or similar fields; or equivalent practical experience

  • Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience in a business continuity

This is a Remote position. Your Responsibilities: The Associate Director, Dermatology Clinical Sales a field sales specialty role responsible for driving disease awareness, education about the different manifestations of psoriatic disease, and properly positioning Cosentyx relative to other approved agents. The AD, Dermatology Clinical Sales will deliver unbranded as well as branded information to prescribing Dermatology (Health Care Providers) HCP's. This role will be responsible for educating key stakeholders and office staff to improve patient outcomes. The AD, Dermatology Clinical Sales will have materials designed to support them in their discussions. This role will apply an advanced selling skills approach coupled with high disease state knowledge to conduct total office calls. The role will require a high level of coordination and collaboration with Cosentyx Dermatology Sales Specialists, Area Business Leaders (ABL's), Thought Leader Liaisons (TLL's) and other functions (where applicable). This role is required to cover a large geography and coordinate their concentration of HCP's with the local Dermatology Sales Specialists and other key Novartis personnel.
