The candidate must be a creative thinker who can formulate copy that also supports the value of Amazon. He/she will be bring experience using data to influence writing and advertising content. The fast-paced, high-volume demands of the role require flexibility, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership in the work, while embracing the collaborative spirit of a team environment.
Collaborate with Amazon Workforce Staffing teams to learn about business strategies and initiatives, and then assimilate the knowledge to create compelling copy
Work with internal subject matter experts to gather information, synthesize business and recruiting concepts, and write original content that drives the audience to apply to work at Amazon
Manage the copy development lifecycle including kickoff and checkpoint meetings with stakeholders, reviews, production timelines, and quality assurance
Collaborate on research and data gathering initiatives to support narratives with both qualitative and quantitative data from internal and external sources
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline the writing process and design solutions to improve business processes
Propose and promote writing standards, and actively participate in creating mechanisms to scale writing best practices across Workforce Staffing
