Trinity Heads is searching for Senior Coordinator Sales Support for our Navasota, TX facility. This team member will support the sales team in administrative areas such as order processing, participate in the quote process, track transactions, prepare reports, respond to inquiries, expedite information requests and issue resolution.
What you'll do:
Handle incoming customer calls and make outbound calls as required to resolve customer issues, questions and concerns.
Proactively communicate any changes to delivery to sales team and customer.
Interacts with production schedulers to prioritize orders.
Coordinates with various internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
What you'll need:
Working knowledge of Heads products, or ability to acquire it quickly
Working knowledge of general office practices
Intermediate knowledge of computers and data handling systems from a user's perspective.
Good knowledge of Excel and/or scheduling software.
Good knowledge of Business English
Skilled in handling customers on the telephone; with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with customers and division personnel.
1-2 years previous experience in manufacturing sales or customer service/administration role is preferred.
