Sr. Contract Manager

Echo's legal department is seeking a great communicator who is detail-oriented, motivated and deadline-driven.  The legal group advises on all risks facing the company and interfaces with all levels of management. Ideal candidates will have a background in multiple areas of practice such as contracts, litigation and employment, with particular experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts. Transportation experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and review transportation contracts, NDAs, Saas agreements, and other commercial contracts

• Advise management on risks and challenges facing the company and provide practical solutions

• Provide litigation support such as document collection and production

• Assist in development of templates, policies, and operating procedures

Experience

• Must be a graduate of an accredited university or college
• 4-6 years of experience drafting, revising and negotiating commercial contracts
