The Sr. Contract Administrator will be part of the GWSorganization and dedicated to a single client account. The primary responsibilities will focus onplanning, executing and reporting on operational, regulatory and contractcompliance related audits/reviews, designing and testing internal businesscontrols, development of test scripts, process maps, and other related duties.


Assistin the development and management of on-account processes used to identify andevaluate business areas' risks and control self-assessments protocols.

Documentaudit procedures, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, anddocumenting processes and procedures.

Conductscompliance and risk assessments, and identifies any control gaps in order tomitigate identified risks and formulate steps for improvement and/orcorrection.

Performsaudit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing andinterviewing techniques.

Documentproject plans, action plans, presentations and project results from businessoperational units and support functions.

Provideadvice on internal control and risk management, to include but not limited to,responding to questions on audit and risk management techniques.

Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted servicesincluding preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.

Coordinates compliance procedures with vendors includinglicensing and insurance certificates.

Coordinates daily facility maintenance and landscapingrequirements with vendors.

Schedules periodic vehicle maintenance. Monitors andevaluates vendor performance.

Monitors and evaluates vendor performance utilizingestablished processes and systems. Administers SPM process coordinating withinternal and external contributors, and preparing reports for internal andexternal (suppliers and clients) stakeholders.

Identifies safety, operational, and maintenance issues.

Coordinates advanced contractual support for special facilitymaintenance and repair projects.

Other duties may be assigned.


No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Mayprovide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training tocoworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unitand/or project.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.


C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.


Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to achieve working level skills in either a contracts database or Ariba Contracts Management Module.


Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.

VIEW JOBS 7/17/2018 12:00:00 AM 2018-10-15T00:00 BASIC FUNCTION The primary role of the Contract Administrator is to administer all sales contracts, featured and model home selections for their assigned communities. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining pricing data for internal and external use, generating house files and facilitating the accurate and timely completion of all documentation required for contract ratification and house start. The incumbent must also provide general office support for the Sales Manager they support and Administrative Manager. SCOPE The Contract Administrator must: * Demonstrate a thorough working proficiency in use of office equipment: phone systems, copier, scanner, personal computer, postage machine, printers, and 10 key; * be capable of effective interaction with subcontractors, suppliers, customers, inner company personnel, land developers, municipal and governmental authorities as well as other associates of Eastwood Homes; * demonstrate a complete working knowledge Windows operating systems as well as various office software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel and Access); * demonstrate the ability to manage tight deadlines, promptly address changes without disrupting schedules, and managing high volumes of work with minimal direct supervision; * maintain a clean and organized work environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide general office support as required by Administrative Manager. * Generate and maintain all master house files from contract receipt through ratification and up to house start. * Systematically receive, review and process all sales contracts for ratification in a timely manner. * Generate and maintain incoming contract and problem file logs for NHS and Management. * Generate and maintain 'Sales', 'Cancellation' and 'Add/Deletes' reports as well as 'Magnetic Status Board' for Company. * Input all sales related data into Management Information System in an accurate and timely manner. * Maintain Internal intranet as needed. * Keep current forms stocked in Division office. * Distribute all price increases/form revisions to NHS. * Process all A/P paperwork relevant to the Contract-Homebuilding procedures. REQUIREMENTS * Must have 3-5 years experience with New Home Builder in the contract capacity * Knowledge of Builder 1440 or Sales Simplicity preferred WORKING CONDITIONS * Work Week: Monday through Friday, Saturdays if workload requires. * Minimum working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Lifting: Minor lifting may be required on a weekly basis (Weight may reach 20 pounds) * Transportation: Dependable transportation required administering permits.
