About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Sr. Risk and Compliance Analyst or coordinating the operations of the organization to ensure that the organization is in adherence to all applicable Federal Reserve System, District, and/or supporting Credit Risk Management business line policies, procedures and standards. This will include, but not be limiting to, creating and implementing the organization`s Compliance and Risk Management Program, identifying risks and propose risk management mitigation strategies to management, tracking action plans from initiation through completion, and leading self-audits to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures and standards, including information security policies. This position is remote work location eligible.
Requires knowledge and experience in FRS Credit Risk Management business and risk and compliance discipline. Must be able to work independently, without guidance and direction, to develop organization`s Compliance and Risk management program. Excellent communication skills to help transform organizational ideas into actionable plans that are easily understood by stakeholders ranging from frontline employees to management.
Develop, govern and maintain the compliance / self-audit initiatives within Compliance & Risk management program for the CRM TSF. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for risk management issues and oversight; also, develop risk management strategies to avoid non-compliance.
Ensure all organization policies, procedures and standards are implemented and well documented, performing internal reviews according to document requirements, and identifying compliance problems that call for formal attention.
Serve as the organization's liaison for all Federal Reserve Bank audits, Board of Governor examinations, and other audits and reviews; responsible for ensuring the organization follows through on any findings and any open items are managed from initiation to closure.
Stay informed and provide suggestions to management on industry trends and best practices for compliance and risk initiatives.
Create and maintain a compliance inventory and reporting tool; in addition, maintain the hardware, software, and equipment inventories for the CRM TSF.

You Will Bring
Bachelor`s degree in Business or related field required
Minimum of 24 years working experience with participating in managing risk and compliance for the organization
Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills, and organizational skills required
Basic understanding of technology is required
Experience in coordinating compliance with information security policies, a plus
Ability to communicate effectively, formally and informally, written and verbal, with management, colleagues, and stakeholders
Ability to work independently on broad assignments or under general direction regarding scope or objectives
Ability to research topics, gather data, and perform objective analysis
Ability to adapt and exercise good judgment in changing situations
Demonstrated knowledge of information security and auditing controls. SAFR certification, a plus
Experience understanding and applying relevant standards and policies, working with geographically dispersed teams and facilitating and executing meetings effectively
Experience with MS suite of applications (One Note, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
Experience with SharePoint and/or Confluence development, and/or Tableau, a plus
Basic understanding of the FRS Credit Risk Management business purpose and role of the Credit Risk Management Technology Support Function, a plus
Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above qualifications
